We do limit vendors per category to ensure a diverse shopping experience for the customers. Only one vendor per name brand allowed.

When are the markets held? Check out calendar for details

What is the fee to join market? Vendor Fees are $45 per market for 10X10 space, 2 markets for $85, or 3 markets for $120. Check out our 6 month & 12 month packages.

Is the market indoors or outdoors? Most markets are outdoor markets

Does the market supply tents or weights? Our market does not supply any items for set up. A tent is suggested not required. TENT WEIGHTS ARE REQUIRED when using a tent, 25 lbs per tent leg. If you do not have weights, you will be asked to close your tent up and pack away.

Can we set-up early or stay late? We will instruct vendors for each event if there is any additional time.

What time is set-up & tear down? We allow set up 1.5 hour before market begins and tear down is 1.5 hour after market ends.

Can a Food Truck be a vendor? All Food Truck vendors need to go directly through venues.

What happens if the weather is bad on day of event? Well, this is a good question as we have no control over the weather. Our policy is to not make the call to move or cancel a market until 4 hours before event. So for 1p-5p markets will get an email and text message confirming event at 8am, & 5p-9p markets will get an email and text message confirming event at 12pm. In case of cancellation due to weather, you will be able to apply your credit to a future date.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds/Event Rain Out: cancellations must be given by email notice to info@ktxmarket.com Cancellations give 30 days prior to the event:
your KTX Market Day account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market. There are no cash refunds.

After 29 days there are no refunds of any kind.

In the event of a catastrophic weather scenario or mandate from state/local government to not have the market due to public or health safety concerns:

your KTX Market Day account will be credited for the amount you paid for the market and can be used for registration of any future market.

The market is rain or shine.

We review vendor applications to ensure a variety is available for customers to shop

Vendors are to add events to their social media pages and help to share the event to clients

Markets are subject to date and time changes based on the request of the venue
